What is the GymFlexTor?
Òhe GymFlexTor is a hollow ring 70 to 90 cm in diameter. Made of reinforced rubber with a nipple for pumping air in. GymFlexTor has a 4 to 7 cm cross-section diameter. The inner hollow ring is filled with air. Working pressure inside the ring should not exceed 1.0 MPa (10 kgs/cm3) or 10 atmospheres. The outer coating is made of soft fabric.
It is unique because it can be transformed into more than 10 shapes. It also allows to exercise any group of muscles by generating resistance for muscles in any position and for any shape.

How can you increase or decrease the pressure inside the GymFlexTor?
Deflate the device to decrease the inside pressure. Inflate the GymFlexTor to increase the inside pressure. At home you can use a bike, car or universal pump to inflate the GymFlexTor. Or you can do it at any service or gas station where you inflate your car tires.
How to store and service GymFlexTor?
Observe the following rules when using the GymFlexTor:
Do not bend the device in the connection area
Do not inflate the device more than 1.0 MPa (10 kgs/cm3) or 10 atmospheres
Do not store it near open fire
Do not punch with sharp items like knives, nails, screwdrivers, etc.
Recommended storage shape for GymFlexTor is a ring. You can wash and clean it with universal cleaning agents at home and then let it dry naturally having wiped off the excess water first.
Do not use a washer or a dishwasher for cleaning.
Do not use a heat dryer to dry it out.
